Yashasvi Jaiswal stars as India beat Afghanistan by 6 wickets, take 2-0 lead

IND Vs AFG :India beat Afghanistan by six wickets in the opening T20 to take a 2-0 lead in the three-match series in Indore on Sunday.

The hosts restricted Afghanistan to 172 for ten and then returned to overhaul the target in 15.3 overs.

Yashasvi Jaiswal anchored the chase with an unbeaten 34-ball 68, while Shivam Dube (63), Virat Kohli (29).

Earlier, left-arm Pacer Arshdeep Singh was the most successful bowler for India, with figures of 3/32, while Axar patel bagged 2/17.

Gulbadin Naib was the top-scorer for the visitors, scoring a brisk 57 off 35 balls .
